The equipment and facilities are very comprehensive.

• On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a very large living/dining room (which can be converted into a reception room for 50 people: price on request for events or parties), a semi-industrial kitchen, and a toilet.
• Upstairs, there’s a lounge area, four toilets, three showers, and the accommodation (6 bedrooms). Each room has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and a fold-out bed (preferably for a child), sleeping 18 people.
• Wi-Fi access.

Total area: 230 m² on a 6-hectare property.

Rooms

• 6 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with mezzanines + 3 standard bedrooms).
• In each room, there is a sink with hot and cold water, two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and one fold-out bed.
  Each bed has a mattress protector, a pillow, and a duvet (bed linen is not provided).

Semi-industrial kitchen

• 2 large sinks, 2 Gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, 2 electric coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster, trolley, and all kitchen equipment.
• Crockery, cutlery, and glassware for 50 people are available.
