Thank you for this wonderful place. We celebrated our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The children loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed the garden, the boules court, and the hikes. The citadel was wonderful. We ended the weekend with a big fire together!

I was almost giving up on finding a place to accommodate my professional team of 10 people for a week-long internship in the Belgian Ardennes when I came across the listing for Ferme de Meez. What a find! The pictures speak for themselves. Furthermore, the owner did everything to facilitate our stay, as did the caretaker. The result was a wonderful experience in every way, especially since the sun shone the entire time and we were able to make the most of the garden and surroundings. And those of us who weren’t worried about the cold water even took a dip in the pool. We all recommend this place without reservation.

We had so much fun with two families and a grandmother. Dinant is a super friendly town with beautiful terraces and excellent opportunities to explore. Our stay here is coming to an end today. This is already the third year that the Golden Pis have come to spend a week’s vacation in this heavenly place. Thus, the legend of Dinant continues. New this year: the weather was in our favor. We were able to enjoy the cottage from every angle. Another big thank you for the welcome, as well as for this week of fun.

A very pleasant stay. The gloomy weather was more than compensated for by the warm welcome at the cottage and the concierge. And the heated pool is a great asset; it gave our team of six grandchildren a lot of fun despite the 17°C outside. And what kindness from the concierge. Thank you.

In addition to a large kitchen, beautiful grounds, and a very good pool, there was a beautifully designed main room that was probably once a stable. The house is highly recommended! The price/quality ratio is excellent! The reception was very friendly, and the owner also provided excellent communication and service before arrival. We would gladly stay again!

I would like to inform you about our stay at Ferme de Meez last week. As you mentioned in your email, « Don’t worry, your stay will be perfect! », so it was.
Furthermore, your concierge did everything to make us feel welcome.
We also had a great time meeting the owner, who was very kind.
Regarding the location, it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, so I’d like to use a few words to explain our thoughts. It’s in the most beautiful location in the Ardennes. Close to the pretty town of Dinant and close to many interesting sites.
Yet, set in the beautiful hills surrounded by forest, it is truly a place of peace and serenity where you can relax. The swimming pool was very beautiful, as were the tennis court, pétanque court, and fireplace. The old wagon train is also a beautiful feature of the surrounding historic farm.
In short, we more than enjoyed our stay at Ferme de Meez. We just wanted to write to thank you for your hospitality. Kind regards.

Ferme de Meez shows itself very well in the photos. We were a group of 16 people. Philippe is a very warm welcome, explaining everything very well, from the access road to the use of the swimming pool and was always available for questions or problems. The farm is a bit remote and offers recreational opportunities. The swimming pool was widely used by us and was next to the tennis court and the beautiful gardens, a real treat. The equipment of the house is well suited for groups. In the old stables, there are sofas that could be used well with 16 people and there are also plenty of tables and chairs for dining. The kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment is good as a separate kitchen for a larger group to use. From the farm, you can walk to the pretty little town of Dinant and if you have a car, you can explore the interesting region. From canoe trips to cave visits in Liège or other accessible cities, everything is possible on a day trip. We really enjoyed our stay at Ferme de Meez and would all come back! Thank you for your hospitality. We felt very good and I can imagine coming back. We already discussed everything yesterday and I think you know that everything was going well for us. It was easier for us to have two cooking facilities and ovens. This saved us a lot of organizational hassle. We really had a great time at the farm and thank you for all your support. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful haven or even a festive weekend with friends. Nothing to say about the warm welcome and the accommodation, which was perfectly suited to our weekend with friends. The location is unique: close to the town and surrounded by meadows with a swimming pool, bowling alley, tennis court… we were even able to have a nice fire outside with a magnificent starry sky. Large barn conversion for a perfect family reunion! We had a fantastic week’s vacation: three couples and four children. The house has a giant main room (a massive barn conversion), ideal for large dinner parties, games, and even table tennis. The garden is magnificent: barbecue, large swimming pool, tennis court, lawns, flowers, fruit trees, and views. There’s space for an evening bonfire with marshmallows and shooting stars. The owners and caretaker are very kind and helpful. Dinant is just a few minutes away: try the cable car to the citadel and don’t miss kayaking on the Lesse!
